Tray dissapears when opening multiple windows

Firefox Reality version: 1.4

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open two new windows

Current Behavior

Tray disappears.

Expected Behavior

Tray should be in front of the window with focus.

Additional information

When I do this, the right window has focus. I would expect the center window to retain focus as I add window. Giving the center window focus shows the tray again. After that, the tray follow window focus as expected.
