The “Pop-Up Blocked” notification wrongly remains displayed if the window is moved

[Affected Versions]:

• Firefox Reality version 6 RC5 (33a031c)

[Affected Platforms]:

• Oculus Quest - Android 7.1.1
• HTC Vive Focus Plus - Android 7.1.2

[Prerequisites]:

• The Firefox Reality browser is opened.
• The "Block Pop-Up Windows" option is enabled.
• Make sure to have at least 2 windows opened.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Navigate to the following website: "http://popuptest.com/”
2. Click on a pop-up technique.
3. After the “Pop-Up Blocked” notification appears move the window.
4. Observe the “Pop-Up Blocked” notification.

[Expected results]:

• The “Pop-Up Blocked” notification is dismissed.

[Actual results]:

• The “Pop-Up Blocked” notification remains in the same position.

[Notes]:

• The issue is reproducible while resizing and while opening the Bookmark or History views.

I have verified that this issue with the latest Firefox Reality version 7 RC1 (b772e6d) installed on the Oculus Go, Quest, HTC Vive Focus and Focus Plus headsets.
The "Pop-Up Blocked" notification doesn't remain displayed if the window is moved.
However, the notification still remains displayed while resizing and while opening the Bookmark or History views.

I have verified that this issue is no longer reproducible with the latest Firefox Reality version 7 RC2 (ff64d29) installed on the Oculus Go, Quest, HTC Vive Focus and Focus Plus headsets.
Now, the "Pop-Up Blocked" notification is dismissed if the window is moved, resized or if the Bookmark or History views are opened.
