Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

This is blocked by Bug 1595723 and Bug 1595914 for using GleanTimerId and larger size of Time Distribution.

  • Measure how much time we spend for a web page loading.
  • Measure how long users stay at the immersive mode.
  • How long is a Window opened?
  • Other multiple-window telemetry metrics like resize, moving.
  • Window opened time and window placement time.
  • Window opened mean.
