[Pico] The Privacy & Security card is opened scrolled in the middle of the card

• Firefox Reality version 10-141121728 (0068d59)

[Affected Platforms]:

• Pico Neo2 - Android 8.1.0
• Pico G2 4K - Android 8.1.0

[Prerequisites]:

• The Firefox Reality browser is open.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Click the Settings button from the menu tray.
2. Click the "Privacy & Security" card.
3. Observe the scroll position of the card.

[Expected results]:

• The settings are scrolled at the top of the card.

[Actual results]:

• The settings are scrolled in the middle of the card.

[Notes]:

• The issue is also reproducible if the Privacy & Security card is opened by going back from an exceptions list, either by the back button or by the controller.
• The issue is not reproducible on the Oculus or HTC devices.

I have verified that this issue is no longer reproducible with the latest Firefox Reality version 10 RC1 (6db2f60) installed on the Pico Neo2 and Pico G2 4K headsets.
Now, the Privacy & Security settings are opened at the top of the card.
