TANIKS / TAEKO CPU fan high RPM once charger plugged

CPU fan ramps up to roughly 4500rpm according to EC tools and stays there until unplugged. potential DPTF issue in overridetree.cb? same issue is prevalent in linux distros aswell.

I have a TANIKS and TAEKO device with a i3-1215u CPU

ECTOOLS states following:
