runic dungeons not loading (stuck at "downloading terrain")

So I have the problem, that after setting up my portal and rightclicking it, the new dimension starts to load but gets stuck at "downloading terrain". I checked the console and i found out that once every 25 seconds the mod draconic evolution "requests speed packet from server". I´ve tried to force shut down mincraft and restart it, but the issue persists.

It seems to load for ever

Btw, im using ftb infinity, but i added a bunch (~100) of extra mods, eventhough they dont seem to interact with runic dungeons

Is the runic dungeons github dead?
Or why am I not getting any answers?
