No action after bank app opens

Half of users are complaining that nothing happens on bank app opened. I mean bank apps don't show the payment screen.
Those problems often appear on Huawei phones (with Google Services) and iOS devices.

Sentry catches no errors, so I can't even know the reason of the problem.
Do you have any idea?

Hmm, i didn't here about this problem from our support team. Maybe problem caused with lately nspk updates or this is bank app problems. I will try to check this on several devices
