Community Guidelines

One of the items in the JOSS review criteria #1 is:

Community guidelines: Are there clear guidelines for third parties wishing to 1) Contribute to the software 2) Report issues or problems with the software 3) Seek support

I don't see any of this information in the repository.
Please add these items to satisfy this criterion (or point me to the items I am missing). Thanks!

Community guidelines were added, these can now be found at https://github.com/MrShoenel/metrics-as-scores/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md.
I will update the readme tomorrow and also add a reference to them there.

Ok. The known-datasets, issues, and pull requests links seem broken.

Also, my checklist asks:

1 and 2 seem to be covered. Please mention 3 (e.g. email the author, post on stack overflow, or is filing a question as an issue on GH ok?).

I'll consider this closed when those are addressed.
