The "damage taken card" does not respect "tokens determine NPC name visibility" setting

Steps to reproduce:

1. Set "Tokens Determine NPC name visibility" core setting to true
2. Create a GM owned token and set its display name to "Never Displayed" or "Hovered by Owner"
3. Target the token and roll damage
4. Apply the damage using the pf2e target damage button

Expected Result:
When the damage confirmation card is posted, it obfuscates the name of the token. It works this way if you apply the damage using the out of the box damage button

Actual Result:
Name of the token is present in the damage confirmation card
