环境信息
请根据实际使用环境修改以下信息
go-cqhttp版本: v0.9.16
运行环境: windows_amd64
连接方式: 反向WS

bug内容
基于nonebot框架编写的bot插件，反向ws会出现自动断开不上报信息的情况，该问题每次重启nonebot一段时间后就会自动发生，导致nonebot插件获取不到qq信息而无法执行命令。此外，该bug倒是不影响interval方法所执行的不依赖于命令触发的周期功能插件（比如定点报时功能，消息是能发出去的，但是依旧在nonebot上收不到消息，go-cqhttp控制台能收到消息）。
该bug还有一个特点是在插件执行过io操作后就容易立即发生（也有可能不立刻），比如发送图片功能，和插件的爬虫功能
