We are maintaining the R repository using MRAN and as of now we use R version 3.3.3. And while installing analysisPipelines it requests for R >=3.4.0.

It is recommended to use R 3.4.0 for this package, as it has been tested and vetted with that version of R and above. Is there a particular reason for not upgrading R?
As a stop gap solution, you can clone the repo from git, change the DESCRIPTION file to say R >= 3.3.3, and then install from local using devtools. However, please note that this package has not been extensively tested with R 3.3.3, so there is a possibility of problems to occur due to the R version.
