Role

I use MultiMC as an alternative to the vanilla laumcher, and I play vanilla with a few QoL mods.

Suggestion

I want to use command line arguments to open the console / config / "edit instance" window, instead of just launching it.

Benefit

I want to skip the main "all instances" window so I can make instance-specific shortcuts to their console / config windows, which are most important personally. I have very few instances, and I'd prefer to have multiple shortcuts on my start menu for instantaneous access to configs over launching specifically MultiMC to then open the config window.

This suggestion is unique

  • I have searched the issue tracker and did not find an issue describing my suggestion, especially not one that has been rejected.
