Looks like SQLParser-rs doesn't currently support CREATE PROCEDURE or alike so for now perhaps:

EXEC CREATE FUNCTION FOR (X, Y, Z) FORMULA IIF(X, Y, RIGHT(Z, 3))

Or have a constant input name? Or _#?

EXEC CREATE FUNCTION IIF(_1, _2, RIGHT(_3, 3))
