Wallet File Corrupted?

Hello!

I have a very strange problem. Today, when i started multibit classic, to see, if some BTC have arrived there, only one of my three wallets was showing. That was the one without anything in it. The other two, i tried to load. But when doing so, the following error appears:

Opening wallet "C:\Users\Chef\AppData\Roaming\MultiBit\wallah.wallet"...
Unable to load wallet "C:\Users\Chef\AppData\Roaming\MultiBit\wallah.wallet" or backups. See help on "Wallet Backups" for more details.

The error message was "null"

Could somebody please help me with this? I am not the richest guy, it would hurt pretty much to loose that money... And look at my nickname....

You are probably better off asking in Bitcointalk, both the developers have moved on to other projects so you might be able to find someone on that forum... I am in a similar position...

@vamosrafa @helplessanddumb This is the bug of the wallet. there also problems in the backup saved caused by the bug. still have chance to recover if you hold the file and correct password.
stephen could help on this. https://btc2doge.com/ he helped my wallet in 2021. recovered a lot dogecoin. good luck
