There seems to be an issue template missing from this repository.
Adding an issue template can definitely help improve he community standards of this repository and can also make it easier for people to raise new issues or ask for new features or enhancements.

A draft template can include asking the following:

  1. Is there any mistake in the present materials?
  2. Do you want some new materials or projects?
  3. Do you want a new sub-domain to be added?
  4. And many more...

We can definitely try to make an issue template to improve the overall experience for beginners in this repository.
