Feature Request: Add permission to add new message key

Hi, and first of all thank you very much for all your effort on this plugin!

It looks really neat and i'd love to use it on various craft sites to handle translations. I would, however, prefer to disable the option to add new keys for regular CP users. Would you consider adding a permission to allow/disallow this functionality?
