Ensemble Template: Cover page on Mutopia

The cover page code from the ensemble template isn't being properly rendered on the Mutopia. site:

It renders properly when I properly when I compile it myself with both versions 2.18 and 2.19

The site preview images are impacted as shown, while the generated Letter & A4 PDFs available for download are unaffected.

An issue with fonts in SVG I guess?
The build machine is CentOS 7 with I think all relevant fonts packages installed.

I've noticed this when these eps files are used. I've looked at the svg file and the 2 .eps file aren't even referenced in the file, which means LilyPond ignored them.

@mikeblackstock I can't get to an SVG image like you show with either 2.18 and 2.19 so I suspect this is the default PNG you show? The command line we use is,

$ lilypond --include=common \
   -dno-print-pages \
   -dpreview -dbackend=svg \
   Premier_Balet_de_Village.ly

Right now I seem to be having trouble with the display of the mutopia svg images in general --- no problem with older previews using png.

@chrissawer we can fix this with mupub with the '--force-png-preview'
