Hi, is it possible to use MvxIoCSupportingTest for platforms beyond net45? It is found in Test.Core, suggesting it is a portable class, but it really is a net45 type.

I believe originally that project had NUnit helpers in it so that's why it wasn't a portable library (because NUnit wasn't portable).

As it stands today, I believe that that project can be made portable if people need it.
