Issue description

1.當日紀錄筆數小於 3 筆 ，單一時間紀錄資料顯示會卡在 "喉嚨痛/腫痛" 無法下滑
2.當日紀錄筆數大於 3 筆 ，可恢復成看到全部資料

Steps to reproduce

"1. 點選應用程式內的 "" mylog14 ""
2. 進入程式 ，程式可正常開啟 ( 無跳出任何error 字樣或警告 )
3. 點選畫面中橘色 ""+""
4. 點選紀錄 "" 眼睛符號 ""
5. 輸入體溫
6. 按下 "" ok ""
7. 各項症狀 "" 開關 "" 開啟
8. 點選 "" 送出 ""
9. 會在卡上顯示剛剛紀錄的時間與相關紀錄
10. 點開卡上記錄觀看紀錄內容"
