View on block explorer broken

Potentially by the new custom explorer option.

Both via the status bar and on transaction tab, it does nothing

My suspicion was correct, the new feature to allow setting a custom explorer does not have a default, which it should, so the feature seems broken until you set some URLs.

For users using the SilentDragon 0.8.2 binary, use this workaround:

Edit > Settings > Explorer

and paste https://explorer.myhush.org/tx/ in the first box
and https://explorer.myhush.org/address/ in the second
