This issue is for discussing whether it is useful to support futureproof IV marking, demonstrated in this PR: WatWowMap/Chuck#51, and also this demo: https://codepen.io/Mygod/full/qBRGbBo

On one hand, this adds a bit of extra computation, and sometimes even a suboptimal IV could be better than futureproof ones depending on the meta; on the other hand, this could still be useful information. 🤔
