Tealium Integration - Round 2

For reasons having to do with licensing and infrastructure management on the AGM/RFA side, we need to with the Tealium JavaScript toolkit from the node.js toolkit. The documentation for this toolkit is HERE, with specific help on the tracking function HERE. Install information is HERE. On that page is information (in the uTag.js section) about the identifiers that need to be used to different our app.

Tealium is mostly designed for web pages, but this page has some integration ideas for Single Page Web Apps.
