lithosphere.js missing from 1.3.0 release #26

Hi again,

I am trying to upgrade to LithoSphere 1.3.0 to get some of the bugfixes into my project, but it looks like the dist/lithosphere.js file is missing from the release. Is that on purpose? Do I need to transpile LithoSphere myself? Please let me know at your earliest convenience.

Hi and sorry! It's under /public/dist/lithosphere.js now. I quickly moved stuff around a bit to get the demo and all the local data working.

Actually, I'll leave this open -- it should be in there too.
