@tloubrieu-jpl summary looks good. interested why pds4-jparser is not producing a changelog, but no one probably looks at those anyways :-)

Yes @jordanpadams , I was not able to run your script and I relied on the unstable release github actions to produce the changelogs and requirements which is not perfect but saved me some time. It did not work at all for pds4-jparser...

@tloubrieu-jpl hmmm. will have to check that out a some point. pds4-jparser and validate were the only 2 I used to use that script on :-)
