@tloubrieu-jpl I imagine this came up in a meeting, but can we update this ticket with more details? or maybe @collinss-jpl you know what this is speaking to?

@jordanpadams I believe this ticket was created to cover improvements to the service workflow that are being worked in tandem with #278, but aren't explicitly related to the problem of updating a LIDVID (for example, converting "draft" action to more intuitive "update" action).

@jordanpadams , to complete what @collinss-jpl said, the idea was to complete this ticket so that we have acceptance criteria which are meaningful to test the new workflow and that when next I&T comes we are able to test that. Whereas ticket #278 tests will be much more simple and would not cover all the updates that Scott has been working on.
