Motivation

...so that I can search by and access supplemental metadata for PDS data products that cannot be found in the PDS4 labels.

This story will most likely contain sub-stories, and those use cases will drive NASA-PDS/registry#121 development as well.

Acceptance Criteria

Given an ingested Product_metadata_supplemental product with a record related to product X
When I perform a query for product X
Then I expect the response to include the metadata from the record in Product_metadata_supplemental

Closing this as completed since the metadata is already in the registry alongside the archival metadata. We can review with API working group to determine if this should be split out separate in the query results or not.
