Add the lidvid or lid and vid as new columns in the email report sent by check command.

Acceptance criteria:
When a status update report is sent by email (by calling the command https://nasa-pds.github.io/pds-doi-service/usage/index.html#check)
Then The received email contains the lidvid of the updated DOIs

@gxtchen this ticket is being made obsolete by the usage of dataCite instead of OSTI as a third party to mint the DOI.
Unlike OSTI, dataCite immediately assigns a status to the DOI when they are created or updated. OSTI was doing so asynchronously so that we needed these 'check' reports. We don't need them anymore.

Sorry I missed to remove this ticket from I&T earlier.

@jordanpadams did you think of a label or a strategy for requirements which become obsolete as this one is since we use dataCite directly instead of going through OSTI. Thanks

@tloubrieu-jpl not that i can think of. that being said, we still need some reporting of status for DOIs, so this is really probably just captured now by passing a LIDVID to the API to get a status for that particular product, no?
