This Epic is primarily document how to deploy the DOI service with the UI in operations. this will occur during I&T.

📆 january status: delayed due to delays with NASA-PDS/doi-ui#3 and #125. no foreseeable impact on B11.1 delivery.

📆 march status: deferred to B12.0 when additional refinements are completed. https://github.com/NASA-PDS/pds-doi-ui/issues/37

📆 May status: delayed due to unexpected scope increase. no impact on other tasks at this time.

📆 June status: Delayed for a second month due to ballooning scope. Slack built into schedule. Should not impact build.

📆 July status: delayed through rest of build as tasks overlap with others in other planned tasks. scope has increased for this task but are tightly coupled with other themes in this release.

📆 August status: WIP. On schedule to update procedures and complete for B12.0 delivery to I&T and operations team testing.
