Test Platform: casper

To Reproduce:

  1. Open VAPOR without passing in any command line argument
  2. Use menu File->Import->BOV to open file/glade/p/cisl/vast/vapor/Bugs/BOV_Bugs/bug6.bov
  3. Notice that VAPOR will complain this file and provide a reason: Invalid value for token: DATA_ENDIAN The keyword DATA_ENDIAN should only contain one value.
  4. However, if you use vim to look at this file in question, it does contain only one value for the DATA_ENDIAN token.
