The Operations and Workflow group is defining specific operations that a TRAPI interface may implement. Different ARAs, KPs, or other tools may implement different operations, as long as the tool advertises which operation(s) it performs. By July 22, we would like each tool to advertise, using the appropriate annotations which operations it performs.

@dkoslicki do we have a clear how-to guide? Perhaps that is something the operations & workflow group should prioritize?
