As of April 2024, Biolink Model release 4.2.0 is the target for validation.

The main initial enhancements for enhanced Biolink Model validation (recommended by @sierra-moxon) are that:

  • all edges must have knowledge_level and agent_type attributes (however, the values can be "not_provided")
  • predicate - confirm that predicate mixins are allowed in TRAPI Query Graphs (but perhaps not Knowledge Graphs; if not the latter, than mixin predicate values won't work for One Hop Test validation; only passing in general "standards compliance" testing)

Issue resolved in releases leading up to v4.1.8
