Comment Form Delete Not Working

The delete button on the comment form is not working. I replicated this behavior using both site and feature comments. After clicking the delete button, I click yes at the prompt to delete the record. The overlay appears with the ID of the record to be deleted (see below). However, after clicking the overlay, the record remains in the table.
