Point Intercept form Scroll Annoyance

Field crew reported form scrolls to top if a user makes a mistake and backspaces.
The scrolling behavior leads to the recorder having to pause data collection to re-orient themselves on the form as the "TAB" button is blocked until scrolling behavior ceases and the record (row) migrates to the top of the screen even if it was at the bottom.
