Welcome to the NCSLI MII github organization.

Measurement Information Infrastructure (MII) is defined as a set of normative standards that unambigiously define data structures, taxonomies, service protocols and security for locating, communicating and sharing measurement information.

This site hosts projects in the open domain to faciliate development of MII structures, taxonomies and libraries to populate MII industry documents and quality infrastructure records.

1. Develop and define data structures, taxonomies and libraries to populate MII industry documents: accreditation scopes, instrument specifications, and certificates.
2. Write the MII-defining document: e. g., RP, standard, etc.
3. Document ways for companies to support and use the MII.
