I am interested in looking into SMOREs. But, when I click the link for the wiki, it does not work.

Thank you in advance,
Lena

Hi Lena,

Sorry for the issue. We'll fix the link in the README, but until then you can also access the wiki at:
https://github.com/NCTraCSIDSci/SMOREs/wiki

Thanks for letting us know!

Thank you for the link! I am trying to follow the installation instructions and I come across an error.
My knowledge of terminal is limited, so I am sorry if it is an error on my part.

FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/usr/local/bin/smores/config/_metadata.py'

During handling of the above exception, another exception occurred:

Traceback (most recent call last):
File "scripts/smores", line 35, in
raise RuntimeError("if %s.py exists, it is required to be well-formed" % (_metapath,))
RuntimeError: if /usr/local/bin/smores/config/_metadata.py.py exists, it is required to be well-formed

I am assuming it is how I have the files organized? I just unzipped the SMOREs-master to /usr/local/bin. So the file really is '/usr/local/bin/smores/smores/config/_metadata.py'

Do I need to do something else?

Try renaming the top folder so it's not smores/smores/.. (ie smrs/smores/.. This is probably causing an issue with it resolving the directory path when it's starting up. If that works I'll put a fix in to improve the file location resolution in a patch.
