in the Clash Universe in SHISHIR 2K19. Welcome to the Arena!</p>
<h3>Rules and guidelines</h3>
<ol>
<li>Students interested in this tourney need to fill up a registration form which will be posted in
facebook (SHISHIR page).</li>
<li>All players need to join up private tournament which will be created by the organizers and the password
will be shared to you.</li>
<li>Sharing of any confidential information such as password etc to others will lead to disqualification</li>
<li>Duration will be of 30 minutes.</li>
<li>Game Mode: Draft Battle.</li>
<li>Level Cap: 9</li>
<li>In case of dispute, the organizers have rights to bend rules provided it does minimum conflict to both
parties.</li>
<li>Under no circumstance shall any participant make attempts to manipulate/influence decisions of judges.

Video should be clear and vivid.

<li>As we are conducting this just for fun. Any dubsmash that contains racists allusions, hate-speech,
pornographic content or goes blatantly against a community or a person in a rude way will be immediately
disqualified.
</li>
<li>Creativity is highly encouraged. You can make your own voice-speech as the audio for the dubsmash. But if
we get to know, Dubsmash is totally copied then it will disqualified.
</li>
<li>You can edit your submission/post as many times as you want, provided that all these edits happen before
the deadline of this contest. In the end, you should participate with one final edit.

<li>We are not picky about fonts, but please use one that is legible.</li>

<li>The winners’ department will get points.</li>
<li>Please keep a good resolution in your submissions.</li>
<li>We are not picky about fonts, but please use one that is legible.</li>

Rangoli, one of the most beautiful and most pleasing art forms of India, is comprised of two words, 'rang'
meaning
'color' and 'aavalli' meaning colored creepers' or 'row of colors'. Rangoli basically comprises of the art of
making
designs or patterns on the walls or the floor of the house, using finely ground white powder along with
different colors. </p>
<h3>Rules and guidelines</h3>
<ol>
<li>Team size: 4 members from each department. </li>
<li>Space will be assignment at the time of the event.</li>
<li>Teams disturbing others in any form will be disqualified immediately.</li>
<li>It is a single round event.</li>
<li>The winners’ department will get points.</li>
<li>Time limit: 60min.</li>
<li>In case of dispute, the organizers have rights to bend rules provided it does minimum conflict to the
party.</li>
<li> Under no circumstance shall any participant make attempts to manipulate/influence decisions of judges.

<li>All the required materials for the event should be informed to the organizers before hand and those will

and compete against other branches and claim the victory.

<h4>Games:</h4> CSGO, PUBG(squad), and NFS.

<h3>Rules and guidelines:</h3>
<ol>
<li> CSGO and PUBG will have two teams(Team A and Team B) from each branch.</li>
<li> Each team or players must bring their own gaming gears (or use the provided one).</li>
<li> Issues like crossing time limits, usage of abusive language, failed to be present at the venue mentioned
in time will lead to disqualification.</li>
<li> The organizers have right to disqualify a team incase of any misbehaviour or failed to follow the
instructions.</li>
<li> If there are any changes in the team then the team will need to be informed well beforehand.</li>
<li> PUBG will have maximum four squads from each branch. </li>
</ol>
<h3>CSGO Rules</h3>
<ol>
<li>The maps will be chosen through a pick and ban phase.</li>
<li>The CT or T side will be chosen with a ‘knife round’, the team that wins will choose the side.</li>
<li>The teams will need to go through group stages to reach the final.</li>
<li>The group stages will be a best of one (bo1) match.</li>
<li> The finals will a best of 3 (bo3) match.</li>

<li>Number of participants in group performance should be between 3-7 people.</li>
<li>The duration of music should be less than 6 minutes.</li>
<li>Participants have to submit their own music in specified format(mp3 or mp4).</li>
<li>In case of dispute, the organizers have rights to bend rules provided it does minimum conflict to both
parties.</li>
<li>Under no circumstance shall any participant make attempts to manipulate/influence decisions of judges.
Their decision shall be final and abiding.</li>
<li>Explicit or offensive performances/gestures guarantee immediate expulsion.</li>

Now what do you have to win over an entire audience?</p>
<h3>Rules and guidelines</h3>
<ol>
<li>It will have three categories; solo, group and duet.</li>
<li>The participant/s has to perform any one song of his/her choice. The song has no language/dialect boundary.</li>
<li>Judging is solely done on the voice of the singer for Solo irrespective of whether he/she plays an
instrument.</li>
<li>Participants may bring his/her own gear/add-on if he/she wishes. No musical instrument shall be provided.</li>
<li>Participants must confirm availability of the instruments in advance to the event organizers.</li>
<li>Explicit or offensive lyrics/gestures guarantee immediate expulsion.</li>
<li>Participants under the influence of intoxicants will not be entertained.</li>
<li>Maximum performance time is 4 minutes per participant.</li>
<li>In case of dispute, the organizers have rights to bend rules provided it does minimum conflict to both

    Drama is considered one of the fine arts in India, besides it has always been the medium to deliver
a message effectively
connecting all the emotions of the audience, especially in 1970's. It also represents various cultures,
traditions and
ideologies of a region. </p>
<p>    Dramatics is an event in Shishir, where the participants perform dramas delivering a social
message, or showing their
talents by recreating another drama or play, or simply for entertainment. The Dramas are evaluated by the
Judges and the participants
are awarded.</p>
<h3>Rules and guidelines</h3>
<ol>
<li>The participants that are interested to join can fill the form uploaded on Facebook by Our Coordinator</li>
<li>The can be related to a historical event, current problems faced around the world or an entertainer.</li>
<li>The play should be performed either in English or Hindi.</li>
<li> Each team should have at least 4 members not exceeding 10.</li>
<li>The play shouldn't exceed more than 15 minutes.</li>
<li>Microphones will be provided to each performer of that team.</li>
<li>The required costumes for the play must be intimidated to the coordinator before two weeks of Shishir.</li>
<li>Any abusive language, vulgarity and exceeding the allotted time may lead to negative markings.</li>
<li>The organizers have right to disqualify a team incase of any misbehaviour or failed to follow the
instructions.</li>

<p>    SPIC MACAY is a non-political nationwide voluntary movement that organises programmes of classical
music and dance,
folk arts, crafts, yog, classic cinema screenings, heritage walks, etc. inside college campus throughout the
world to make students
more aware about Indian and world heritage. This initiative makes education more holistic and meaningful as it
highlights all that
is abstract, subtle, inspiring and mystical in the world teaching one to look within oneself. SPIC MACAY runs
on the energy
of volunteers who come from all walks of life - students, teachers, professional and retired people, young and
old.</p>
