Find replacement as Travis-CI.org Linux builds are now queued for 1-2 hours #4270

Looks like the transformation from Travis-CI.org to Travis-CI.com is close to completion and those left behind are left with minimal build-resources.

Lots of reports from other users that Travis-CI.com is far from perfect for OpenSource-projects. Once you have used the first 10.000 credits, then it is a manual task to request more free credits when an open-source-project. These requests can be delayed or put on hold depending on new management wisdom (Leaving the project dangling).

Think it should be investigated to change the AppVeyor-build to perform both Linux and Windows-build, and see how the performance is. Finding that it is more stable than Azure DevOps Pipeline. Alternative it could be Github-Actions.

Tried using AppVeyor-Ubuntu and it seems to work #4271 (Sadly enough 10 min queue time)
