Deprecate additional Nuget Packages

Based on #5499 (comment) some additional nuget packages should be deprecated on nuget.

Packages identified for deprecation is as follows:

• NLog.ManualFlush
• NLog.Contrib.ActiveMQ
• NLog.InstallNLogConfig

Thank you for being so considerate, but I prefer just leaving the nuget-package as they are. Believe users can recognize themselves that no releases has been made for 10 years.

Then users can move away, when they feel like it, instead of their build-pipelines starting to scream about deprecated nuget-packages.

I disagree as for me it is better to communicate an accurate status and to guide the user as to how they can update their solution. If someone is really not that happy about seeing the warnings for using deprecated packages, they still have the option to surpress them.
