[INSTALL] <Sync up hpc-stack modules on UFS-WM and SRW: across platforms>

hpc-stack module locations across ufs-wm and srw-app have been separately maintained. Following installations are needed to follow up this synchronization case. This will provide more efficient hpc-stack management on different applications and hpc systems.

All required changes have been made/added on Hera installations.

Hey @jkbk2004 w3emc/2.9.1 and nemsio/2.5.4 are already on Orion and Jet, but they are compiler modules, not MPI.
