Create a library/package of plotting routines to visualise BDY files.

Access routines through a main function for command line driven calls.

Produce a series of ipynbs to access these functions too.

plot coordinates on a geographical map
plot variable along the open boundary given rimwidth number
plot parent variable at closest location to BDY point along the open boundary
plot transect across relaxation zone
.....
