While updating a few scenarios, I've just come up with two three new ideas for an enhancement.
It'd be great if the app had a button which would update all scenarios with just one click.
It could be placed next to the filtering buttons as shown below:
The button's arrow is taken from @redwolf2's design.
It'd be even better if the app had a feature of auto-updating scenarios which would be an option in the Options menu:
An update would be performed after the app starts.
Above mentioned ideas would require an update being done in the background to not disturb a user. Its progress could be displayed in the bottom of the app with an option to hide the progress bar:
(or... more, generally speaking, and that could be another idea for enhancement of some sort ;), there could be a "console" with all messages coming from the app and it'd be possible to hide it in a similar manner as the above-mentioned button)
Drawbacks of the idea -> a necessity to additional pieces of code:
a. preventing a user to update scenarios manually while the auto-update is being done,
b. updating SE scenarios' icons after an update.
It'd be happy with the first idea done only but the second and the third ones seem ok too, right?
What do you think?
