Is your feature request related to a problem?
Yes. With Eagle being unreliable, we could use another way to simulate our ResStock/ComStock runs

Describe the solution you'd like
Not sure what needs to happen. Probably something like:

Try ResStock AWS batch
Fix any issues
Develop CI integration tests so we know when AWS Batch gets broken.
Make the ability to run ResStock/ComStock available for power users.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Move the Kestrel ASAP but the machine is not available until March or so.
