On a windows machine when running the denver demo for the first time in a conda environment, the output directory gets set to the resource directory where hive is installed, i.e. C:\Users\username\.conda\envs\hive\Lib\site-packages\nrel\hive\resources\scenarios\denver_downtown. That might be a bit confusing to new users and so it might make sense to set the default to something like the home directory instead.

Actually, it looks the the outputs are actually getting written to the default directory (which is an empty path "", defaulting to the location where the command is run) but the output directory that is getting printed to the logs is incorrect (which is also confusing) and so we should just correct the output directory log entry to point to the right location.
