NRIC should not be included.
Having analytics/ visualization feature would be a plus.
Details required:

  • Full name
  • Faculty / Course
  • Year of matriculation => show which year the student is in
  • Matric number
  • NUS email
  • Personal email
  • Birthday
  • Phone number
  • Department
  • Role
