Robot rotation value wrap around

While testing the the director QuinticWalk it was noticed while using keyboardwalk that giving rotation values of >= 3.2 causes the robot to change rotation direction.

Lines 215 in the director QuinticWalk and 206 in the controller QuinticWalk are the start of the speed limiting warnings.
We should investigate if this wrap around is possible in autonomous mode
