Add wpa_supplicant configuration generation to System Configuration #1194

Currently changing which wireless networks requires editing the WPA supplicant file and running wpa_passphrase to get the details.

System configuration could run this instead and take a list of wireless networks and generate the wpa_supplicat file with the password information.
