yes, you can do that. you can refer analytics application: https://github.com/NVIDIA-AI-IOT/deepstream_python_apps/tree/master/apps/deepstream-nvdsanalytics
and deepstream-test4 application: https://github.com/NVIDIA-AI-IOT/deepstream_python_apps/tree/master/apps/deepstream-test4
