can you do a release for a download of source archive with stable checksum?

I don't how to add hook at github to do that. appveryor can push back package, but not sure if github will overwrite when I do release.

Source archive download seems to possible through github archvive, for example:
https://github.com/NXPmicro/imx-uuc/archive/imx-uuc-2019-11-07-gd6afb27e55d73d7ad08cd2dd51c784d8ec9694dc.tar.gz
