"Show on registration page" does nothing

Every event node (training/summit/sprint) has an option for "show on registration page" / "do not show on registration page" so that people can sign up for events when they create an account.

Setting this to "show on reg page" currently is not working- there is no list of events to sign up for on the registration page.

Low priority ticket, filing just for reference.

by checking 'show on registration page' on og_user_node1 from admin/config/people/accounts/fields we can have the event content types show up, but I didn't test registrating a new user to see if he/she actually gets registered on selected groups.

We should change the title of this field to something like 'Sign up for events'
