Sessions a user has signed up for show up on the wrong day on his/her user profile "my-sessions" page

For instance, I signed up for this session:
http://www.nyccamp.org/session/30-drupal-8-api-functions-you-should-already-know

which is scheduled for Saturday and it showed up under "Friday" in my user profile:

http://www.nyccamp.org/user/260/my-sessions

When I add it to sessions as user "QATest" it, and any other session I add, show up on my sessions page with the time and room displayed, but no day displayed at all, that I can see.
